TRIBOLOGICALLY MODIFIED PLASTICS

Tribologically modified plastics

There are specially modified plastics for tribological use. By adding graphite (GR), fluorocarbon (TF), carbon fibres (CF), MoS2 (MO) polyolefin waxes or other solid lubricants, the generally good tribological properties of the plastics can be further improved.

In addition to the unfilled standard types, modified plastics in particular are successfully used in tribological applications:
