On June 28, 2019, POLYTRON Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG did not only take part in the 7th Cologne Night of Technology for the third time, they also celebrated the 50th anniversary of its location in "An der Zinkhütte" late into the night on the following day ...
On Saturday evening, the POLYTRON employees and their families came together for hilarious party at high summer temperatures. Not only the 50th anniversary of the location was celebrated, but also the 50th anniversary of the Wuppertal sister company Henderkott & Röcker KG as well as 20 years of POLYTRON, since the predecessor company Polypenco was taken over by POLYTRON on May 1st, 1999.
With music, dancing and eating from the food truck, the employees celebrated until early Sunday. A paddling pool, which was provided especially in the afternoon, provided the necessary cooling and a lot of fun. The only downer was the complaint of a neighbour who obviously could not bear "the noise" before 11 p.m. and the fact that there could be a boisterous party in industrial companies. The POLYTRONers, however, did not let their mood be spoiled and continued to party with muffled music.
